EXPEDIA STINKS!!! Over the last three days of trying to change a flight reservation Ive spent almost five hours on hold and been hung up on three times by Expedia agents. Todays call is up to 65 minutes and Im still on hold. It took 39 minutes to reach the first human in the Philippines. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!!! And there is no way to get to someone who speaks English as a first language or a supervisor. And this is from someone who travels hundreds of thousands of miles a year, year over year. Oh by the way, did I tell you - EXPEDIA STINKS!!! (And Im beginning to not like Jessica by The Allman Brothers Ive heard it so many times...) Looks like Im going to have to abandon the remainder of a ticket and book a reservation directly with another airline. Third party travel reservations are painful.
