EXPERIENCE. Definition: Experience Experience as a general concept comprises knowledge of or skill of some thing or some event gained through involvement in or exposure to that thing or event. The history of the word experience aligns it closely with the concept of experiment. For example, the word experience could be used in a statement like: "I have experience in fishing". Some people will intimidate you by telling just how long they have been doing a thing. To some, there is so much wealth in terms of EXPERTISE, SKILLS, WISDOM, INTEGRITY, etc. gathered and demonstrated. Their wealth is undeniable. No contest is necessary against what they hold and impart. Unfortunately, to many, experience is just ONE YEAR REPEATED OVER AND OVER AGAIN. They have not grown in any area, except, physically. DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED!!
