EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE CLOSER AND SHORT SALE PROCESSOR (KENDALL ) BUSY TITLE COMPANY LOCATED IN KENDALL IS SEEKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE CLOSER AND SHORT SALE PROCESSOR Must have the ability to work with minim al supervision, 3 years of Real Estate experience in a Law Firm or Title Company. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sale/purchase loan transactions, preparation of closing documents, be able to clear and understand title issues, conduct closings, fund escrow and process short sales. Knowledge of new GFE and Equator are a MUST. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team, handle high volume of files. Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft, Displaysoft. Must be professional and polished. Familiarity with Stewart Title, Old Republic First American Title and NATIC Platforms is a must. Must have the flexibility to conduct late closings when required.
