EXPERIENCES OF PEOPLE AT SAI DHAM: BABA SHOWS HIS PRESENCE ‘I shall be with you the moment you think of me’. Many lucky bhakts have experienced the truth of this statement’. ‘I am the formless, omnipresent, I am everywhere and there is not a place where I cannot be found. I exist in all directions’. The first miracle that happened at Sai Dham was just a month after Baba’s Sthapna. Shri Ulhasji (priest from Shirdi Sansthan) had asked us to put ‘Kala Tikka’ on Baba’s cheek to ward off evil eyes and we did so for a few days but stopped, thinking that the face would get smudged and the murti would get spoiled. But to our great surprise, after few days later a small ‘til’ or mole appeared just under Baba’s lower lip like a beauty spot. We tried our best to rub it but it would not go. On calling up Ulhasji he said that as Baba is growing up after his ‘Pran Prathishtha’, changes are taking place in him as if a child is growing. Even in the pratima in Shirdi there is a mole on the cheek of Baba. The number of moles has increased and now there are around seven ‘til’ on different parts of the Pratima. Now I would like to share some incidents which have proven that Baba listens promptly when you call out to him with affection. Some of these are been shared with you below. In another incident, a bhakt from Gurgaon came with a family friend for Darshan to Sai Dham. She was going to stay with her family friend overnight and promised us that she will come in the morning to attend Kankad arti before returning to Gurgaon. In the morning she was very anxious and excited to come. She said that early in the morning she could not find any auto rickshaw, so desperate to attend arti on time she sat on a cart which dropped her on the main road from there. She was wishing & praying that she could reach Sai Dham as she did not remember the way. Suddenly, from nowhere a two-wheeler appeared and the person asked if she needed help. The man was a Sikh gentleman and said he could take her to Sai Dham as he only had made the stage of Baba’s Mandir. Very happy to hear this she came with him and he dropped her straight to Sai Dham without asking anyone for directions of the way. This was strange as we had got the stage of the Mandir made by a shop in Marble Market, Mansarover Garden. So definitely someone in the form of Baba had come & helped her to fulfill her heart’s desire. It took us a while to digest all this. So truly, Baba appears when we call out to him and holds us by his hand to help us reach our destination. Similarly, he will help us come out of our worries & troubles and overcome worldly existence to become one with him. Navina Chadha.
