EXPORT COORDINATOR - MILPERRA 10 - 12 month maternity leave cover Previous experience dealing with international and/or domestic exports Tuckwell Recruitment is currently working with a client from the metal recycling sector in sourcing a passionate and professional Export Coordinator to work in their operation located in the Milperra for a 10 - 12 month period. Your main day to day responsibilities will include; Produce accurate and timely export documentation making sure all comply with all regulatory and industry standard practices, policies and procedures Liaising with various departments (planning, procurement, warehouse) in order to create stock transfer orders Communication orders and delivery information between the freight forwarder, warehouse and transport company Manage data and documents through file management Keeping customers up to date with data relating to product availability and delivery status Ability to work as a team member in an administrative support environment Coordinating delivery schedules Ensuring incoming and outgoing inventory balances Internal communications in relation to inventory levels Provide ongoing support and guidance to new and existing client base whilst also support your internal team members The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experiences; Experience dealing with international and/or domestic exports Computer literate - intermediate level of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel & PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and a passion for over exceeding customers expectations Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people from all levels clients, the local and overseas operation team and third party partners Able to listed and solve problems as they arise Be able to work in a small, passionate, hard working team environment The ability and willingness to think outside the box and share your ideas This exciting and rapidly growing organisation will offer the successful applicant; Salary $50,000 + Super (negotiable subject to skills and experiences) Dynamic, encouraging and energetic team environment To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
