EXTRA MILE AWARD!!!!!! An important piece to our business is our ability to be creative, to push the boundaries and sometimes think totally out-of-the-box. When Sarah Ray and her marketing team were planning our stand at a recent business exhibition at the Exel in London’s docklands, she wanted a way of recording visitors to the stand that reflected well on our technical and business competence. She had a brief chat with Sarah Critchley from the CRM team to see what was feasible and whether anything could be done in the timescales. Sarah C. not only offered a solution but went off and built it in her own time, evenings and weekends. This dedication to helping a colleague achieve success, the selflessness that saw Sarah work in her own time, and the creativity she applied to the challenge leaves me in no doubt that Sarah Critchley is indeed a worthy winner of the Extra Mile Award.
