EZ Action for Nosey- Please submit a complaint using the attached form: aphis.usda.gov/animal_welfare/aw_complaint_form.shtml On January 4, 2015, at Top USA Flea Market in Bayonet Point, Florida, Nosey was observed once again dragging her rear left leg while carrying multiple passengers, well in excess of 200 lbs. Arthritis symptoms are often intermittent but are always painful. If Nosey is in pain she is unpredictable and therefore unsafe . This is not only dangerous for Nosey but for the public as well. As a citizen, it is highly offensive for me to witness an endangered animal being abused and exploited in this way. Please view the attached video taken Jan. 4, 2015 that depicts Nosey while giving rides. USDA must deny renewal of Hugo Liebels USDA license 58-C-2088 for Nosey.
