Red Skelton, an Indiana Hoosier, reminds us of WHO We The People ARE. The TEACHER he had, was the kind of teachers I was exposed to growing up in Terre Haute, Indiana. I pity those who have not had teachers like this one he refers to. P.S. We passed Vincennes, Indiana on a recent trip back home and saw an advertisement for their Red Skelton Museum... I told my husband we must stop and see it the next time we come by there because he also painted pictures in his retirement which should be interesting to see. Now we will be SURE to stop - because he had such IMPORTANT things to SAY.
