Each and every day I am inspired by the effort, commitment and hard work of many of my patients. I hope my effort today can be a source of inspiration for some of you. This morning I competed in the San Dimas Turkey Triathlon. I have competed in triathlon for many years but not very regularly in the past three. My desire to train, race and compete still burns and I was very happy to have a personal victory today. With some sacrifice and commitment, you too can do it. Carry and and stay focused.
