Each lesson (6 in total x 1.5hrs each), explain about how the body reacts to stress, gives people methods to cope with stress on a daily basis, explains the types of meditations that each person would possibly find suitable for them and their busy lives. Not everyone is suited to one particular method of meditation. I can show you a few different types that maybe suitable for you. You will always have the sound of the beach and the birds in the background. During the break, before the classes and after the classes, the beach is truly a wonderful place to just sit and contemplate the weekend/2 day experience. Weekend or classes during the week consist of 2 x 4hr half days with light refreshments. A well worth investment in yourself for just $200 for the weekend/week day excluding accommodation, travel, care hire etc. Put together a group of you, take some time out for yourselves and enjoy what could be a positively life changing experience.
