Each morning we wake up, it’s like a blank canvas. We choose how to illustrate our daily lives. We choose the way the painting of our day is going to unfold. Even, despite all that is wrong with the picture, we need to keep drawing. The brush we are painting will move like the hands of time, never stopping, no going back, and no matter how hard you try, the lines you made the moment before, can never be erased. So much of the time, we spend too much time trying to fix what is wrong with our painting, instead of just moving on, and letting it become part of the painting. What we don’t seem to understand, is that flaw in the painting makes us who we become in the next canvas. Just because one canvas has a flaw doesnt mean the rest of them need to have flaws. We need to learn from the mistakes on our previous canvas to turn ourselves into better artist because we are the only ones who can paint the portrait of our lives.
