Earl Taylor was sworn in on Saturday, January 20, 2015 for his 4th term as District Attorney of the 27th Judicial District. This was a private ceremony with his family while enjoying a wonderful meal with Chef Jason Huget at Steamboat Warehouse in Washington, LA. Laura T. Marler, notary public, administered the oath to her father. Father Dought, who was eating nearby, was called up to bless the office of the District Attorney during the coming years. Attending was the DA, his wife Lee, son Johnny, his wife Liz & children Jaci & Jobi Taylor. Attending with Jaci was David Labbe. Also, Laura T. Marler, her husband Dave, son David & daughter McKenzi.
