Earlier this week we had a great family come in looking for a cat. They were very thoughtful and spent a lot of time meeting the cats. Initially, the family just wanted one cat to replace their old cat, who recently passed away. The daughter knew she wanted a kitten. Prunella was first to win them over with non-stop purring, cuddliness, and chattiness. But, the dynamic duo of breakfast cereal kittens, Alpin and Porridge would not be overlooked! The young daughter quickly made friends with Alpin, a British breakfast food and Porridge, Goldilockss preferred breakfast meal. Alpin let the mother scratch his belly while Porridge wowed them with the wand toy. Mom was sold. The little girl said that Alpin and Porridge picked her. Theyre her friends. We are so excited for the two little breakfast kittens to have a forever home! June is off to a great start here at Bucktown!
