Earlier this week we posted Emmie Lou (ID# A679148) and her young puppies that are in need of a temporary foster home until they are old enough for adoption. Despite the post being seen by over 16k people, we have not had a single person actually follow up with us and commit to fostering them. Emmie Lou and her pups are not the only family in need... We also have Julie (ID# A679621) and her puppies who are also searching for a foster home, and other families could arrive at anytime! We desperately need to get these families out of the shelter as this is far from being the ideal setting for a nursing mama dog and young puppies. The shelter is able to provide an x-pen, piddle pads, food and all necessary medical care. We just need you to provide the space, day to day care and love!
