Earlier today I mentioned that I attended the 1990 Molson Indy as a fan. I was one of many who stuck it out in the grandstands until the end - and just take a look at the capacity and the saturation of those stands! The difference between then and now is the rain in 1990 started just a few minutes ahead of the race instead of a couple hours. Safe to say that this race would have been red-flagged or ended much earlier using todays standards.
