Earlier today, I spoke to an American, Bob Owens, who has been very helpful. He was the first American arm amputee to go through Osseo Integration, an operation to insert a rod into the bone of the amputated limb and remove the need to wear a socket. This is something Im keen to have done in the future and these photos he sent me show just how much it has improved his life. I know from a friend of mine who recently flew to Australia to undergo the operation with both of his legs, that it has massively improved his quality of life. Thank you for sharing this Bob
