Earlier today as I was brushing out my Chippy, I had an unannounced welcome from the Dog Warden of Sandusky County. A young lady (whose name I will not say) called and reported I had several, yes, several skinny horses. For those of you who are reading this..no, I was not livid, but chuckled to myself.
