Earlier today there was a post about some reindeer that I had made and delivered last Friday with a picture attached of a deer with a warping of the wood making the head tilt.I was notified about it by the customer as they demanded a refund. I told them I dont offer refunds but would replace it within at most a week.They decided that was not good enough so they went on here to degrade my character and my work.This is by no means a true reflection of me or my products but on occassion things do happen especially when dealing with wood and outdoor elements.It is not something that I can predict or control.I do everything possible to by using the proper materials but sometimes its just out of my control. I want to apologize to everyone involved or had to see the posts and I will continue offering and making them as I have for many years with minimal issues but in the end sometimes you cannot please some people no matter what you do.Here is a picture of the reindeer so everyone can see for themselves.
