Earlier today we had an Alzheimers patient wander away from his wife while she was checking the mail. We received the call from our dispatch center around 1230 and our efforts began. I would link to express my gratitude to all those who helped; GSP Troopers, GSP Aviation, EMA Director and assistant Angie Rutland, Robert Mikell, Mike Hand and Search and Rescue, DA Investigator Frank Swanson, my entire staff played a vital role in successfully locating Me.
