Earlier tonight there was a post that was basically an inquiry about rules regarding fire pit use by a neighbor. It was nothing more than an inquiry. Some good advice was given, but then others started complaining and then some bad language came in under some comments. I closed the comments, but do not believe the poster of this was to blame nor that it was that unusual. I think the poster herself deleted it. This admin viewed it as something like perhaps my neighbors tree is encroaching upon...what do I do? There were some that posted that it was off topic, etc.. It wasnt especially so. Those who believed it was so should have followed our posting policy in the pinned post which you all should have read by now. The poster apologized, but this admin doesnt believe her question was the issue. For your convenience, here is a screen copy of that part of our posting policy: Added June 10th, 2014 by the admins: The admins request members be courteous of others. This is a large group and there are bound to be differences of opinions and phrasing can affect understanding. Phrasing can often be misunderstood even when the intentions arent poor. Instead, please contact the admins and we will look into the matter, contacting you and the poster if necessary.
