Early Morning Pondering (EMP): July 30, 2014 ... Beloved, on a very serious note, GOD is delighted in bringing justice to HIS people; and in the same token, HE is delighted in those who bring justice to HIS Kingdom. And herein is this wissdom true, A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is HIS delight. When pride comes, then comes shame: but with the lowly is wisdom. The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them. (PROVERBS 11:1-3); Perverseness of transgressors, in our society this day, calls to mind the hideous and sinful lifestyles many have become accustomed to, by walking in pervert ways and using excusing words like, God is still working on me, to continue in ugly lifestyles and life-threating habits. This is a wake-up call. For, the fear of the LORD prolongs days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened (PORVERBS10:27). Beloved, the wise in heart will receive commandments. Take heed, blessed beyond measure are the just; for it is written, Blessings are upon the head of the just; and he that walks uprightly walks surely: (PROVERBS10:6;& 9). How much longer can one continue being a hypocrite hiding behind the computer, preaching and teaching Gods Word while living in sinful habits, and all forms of addiction to things, places and people? Again and seriously, beloved, where the Spirit of the The LORD is, there is liberty. The WORD of GOD says, Now the LORD is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the LORD is, there is liberty(2 CORINTHIANS 3:17). The Spirit of GOD, is always the Spirit of liberty but the spirit that is not of GOD, is the spirit of bondage! The LORD is always the Spirit of Freedom that gives unspeakable joy and peace that passes human understanding; Where the LORD is, there is Freedom from sin and bondage. The Spirit of liberty convicts vividly and tensely of any form of bondage to the least of lifting a finger to pick up a stick of cigar! Oh, what a reward there is awaiting all those who are prepared to follow in the footsteps of our LORD JESUS CHRIST and obey HIS commands! Apostle Paul, while exhorting the Saints in CHRIST JESUS, in the Philippine, said: Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. (PHILIPPIANS 4:9). Apostle Paul lived what he preached. He taught not by word only, but by living example. Hence, while speaking to the Philippian Christians, he said, those things which they have seen in him, they should also do. Beloved, Pauls life agreed together with his doctrine. What the people saw in him when he was present, and what they heard of him when he was absent, was the pattern of Christ-like living. This should be seen in all who are good ministers of our LORD and SAVOR JESUS CHRIST. Finally, beloved, thinking holy thoughts and living holy lives, is the hallmark of Christ-like living. For by this, comes the manifestation of the Peace of GOD which Apostle Paul spoke of, and which is far beyond human conception. This Peace of GOD, is the result of being reconciled to GOD, and basking in HIS Favor and the hope of the Heavenly Blessedness. Through CHRIST JESUS, this Peace keeps our hearts and minds free from bondage and convicts us of sin when tempted and from sinking under temptation. Above all, this Peace keeps us calm, with an inward contentment; hence, it is described as True Blessedness, and those who walk in it are referred to as being ... Blessed Beyond Measure. :) To GOD only wise, be glory through JESUS CHRIST for ever. Amen.
