*Early Sunshine Fading Behind Clouds* *Light Rain Showers Tonight* *Cooler and Sunny Weekend* DETAILS- We will start your Friday off with some nice sunshine and our temperatures will warm up into the upper 70s and lower 80s. However a cold front will approach from the west and that will bring us more clouds later this afternoon and evening. We will even see some showers later this evening through tonight. The best time frame for any showers is from 88pm to 3am. This will not be a heavy rain, by any means, as most of us will only see around a tenth of an inch, so just enough to wet the ground. Any clouds early Saturday morning will give way to partly sunny skies. It will be a cooler and breezy day with highs in the lower 70s. Saturday night will be chilly under clear skies with lows from 40 to 45 across most of central Virginia. Sunday will feature sunny skies and it will be cool with highs in the upper 60s. Looking ahead to early next week; Monday & Tuesday will feature sunny to partly sunny skies with highs in the lower 70s on Monday and upper 70s by Tuesday. Another system could bring us some rain on Wednesday.
