Early access should be banned. at first it was a way of beta testing, the game will come out, players are paying to essentially work for the devs. This was already stupid, but for some reason, people were up for it. However, when the Double Fine SpaceBase game was cancelled/finished after an alpha build, Tim Scafer claimed that it was ended because they expected to gain more money from Early Access backing than they did. It has since become clear that the games that are being tested are not scheduled properly. You are not paying for a project that will be finished, you are backing a project like you would on kickstarter. Its dishonest to do this and by the looks of things, game customers can be incredibly naive. Some people think that by expecting companies to treat them respectfully, they are acting entitled. To avoid this, they allow themselves to be trodden on. There needs to be more consumer laws to protect morons from this bullshit.
