Early lunch meant early dinner. Seared the steaks on the stovetop first with oil and then seasoned butter to finish. 3 minutes a side on high (we need a stronger range hood - smoke alarms went off) then into the oven at 450 for 5 minutes. Perfection! Might be the best steaks we ever made at home. Friday night and the weekend is off to a great start. On Monday Ill have been married to this wonderful lady Cheryl Raffel for 24 years.
