Early morning, to catch the train home. Im sure its not my imagination .... when I stepped out of my hotel at 7am, the air smelled fresh! Certainly not the same as air in Tottenham Hale, London. Although Leicester is a large-ish city, its surrounded by beautiful countryside, including amazing Northamptonshire, just up the road. The streets were deserted - hardly a vehicle in site. I loved it. And, although my baby needs me in London, it was very hard to say farewell to this lovely city, full of character. So much so, I was reluctant to just sit waiting on the platform, and kept going outside for some final shots of London Road and a nearby church. Fare- ye-well, Leicester, Ill see you again soon. Mmmmwa!!
