Early this morning around 5am in Calistoga Place I was up with my baby when I noticed a car circling our culdasac a couple times slowly at each house and then beaming a flash light around the fronts of all the houses. My husband ran outside to see what was going on and I saw her from my bathroom window upstairs get out of her car and walk around toward my house, so I yelled out my window and asked her what the heck she was doing and she claimed she was delivering papers, but i guess when my husband went to check outside she told him she was looking for a house number which was directly across the culdasac she had circled twice... It may be she was delivering papers, but you dont go flashing a flashlight in peoples windows in the dark early hours of the morning... Its a good way for someone to get themselves shot!
