Early this morning my grandfather, Wayne Broughton, passed away. He will be greatly missed, I have peace in knowing that after his battle with Alzheimer’s today he is resting in God´s presence- free or struggle, free of confusion, free of pain, and free of suffering. I will never forget the time he spent with me, as a child teaching me to ride a horse, or coming to visit me in Honduras, and the letters he wrote me while I was here. He will be remembered for who he was- a kind, loving and funny husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. His legacy and the memory of who he was will be passed on. Edwin and I love him very much!!
