Early this morning they did a chest xray which is very painful for her . They do them in her bed and she has to lay on the film ( I guess that is what it is. ) they said her chest xray looked better than yesterday . Her chest tube has slowed way down on the drainage . Hopefully that means it will come out soon. They increase her food supplement in her feeding tube. She was in more pain today but she was sitting up most of the day. They increased her pain meds . The pain is caused from the chest tube and they had to remove one of her ribs during surgery and of course her lung surgery. She is also having muscle pain for positioning during surgery. Her throat is sore from the breathing tube from surgery that was in her throat. She is back in her bed and is sleeping very comfortably now. Hopefully, she will have a better night tonight than last night . Tomorrow morning she will have to go downstairs to xray which is always very painful to stand for so long with a chest tube. She will of course have her daddy with her. Lol. He is such a good daddy. She will be moving to the floor tomorrow. They may be removing the epideral and bladder cath tomorrow as well. She got a surprise visit from her aunt Laurie and uncle Patrick , Evan and Lindsey . They made her smile. Please pray for pain relief, rest, and quick recovery. Please pray for josh as well. He is back home staying with friends until we get back. Always praying for Gods Miracle for Chelsea!
