Early voting is next week, if you want a leader who will bring forth a new style of leadership that engages in a dialogue and looks forward, then Im asking for your vote. I was blessed to have worked for a great company in Genesis Rehab Services. They saw in me a potential for leadership. It was in that capacity that I hired, fired, and managed employees. I was responsible for budgets, profit margins, and marketing for a rehabilitation location. In my capacity, I learned the values of delegating to employees that had potential. I learned how to motivate them to develop their own skill sets and improve our team. Its sad when I hear some of my critics say, he has no experience running an organization. During my time as Program Manager for Genesis, we took one of the worst performing rehabilitation locations and turned a profit. Im proud to say we provided needed rehabilitation services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, and we created an oasis of hope and relaxation. Ill never forget the people who we impacted by doing things as simple as having hot coffee and a nice place to listen to some music. #Preston4Maumelle
