Critical time periods are: 1. 03:30 - 04:30 pm (5.0 - 6.0 rich.) 2. 07:00 - 08:00 pm (5.5 - 6.5 rich.) 3. 10:00 - 11:00 pm (5.5 - 6.5 rich.) - ORANGE color (6.0 - 6.9 rich.) STRONG earthquakes. * For evaluation we will take these standards: A. EXCELLENT if earthquake happens in the same predicted time and Magnitude -+1.0 rich. B. VERY GOOD if earthquakes time is in -+1 hours,or its Mag. is in range -+2.5 Rich. C. BAD PREDICTION if real earthquakes time more than that for point A and B or Mag. is > -+ 2.5 Rich .
