Easily one of the most enjoyable, insightful, and influential weekends off my life. Rich Beaupit was a phenomenal host and has certainly set the bar for what a sbg camp is all about. The business group meeting was extremely informative. So much more to do at home. The coaching was amazing. Priit Mihkelsons grilled chicken is a massive game changer. Coach John Kavanaghs approach to training take downs and his talk about being calm hit a cord. His talk about being open and asking for help when you need it made me well up. A great man to come to the camp despite everything else. Adam Singer and Rory Singer were a treat as well. Easily two of the most enjoyable coaches to listen to. Stephen Whittier and his chicken carving will certainly be the edge I need. As always a great motivator Travis Davison taught a great section covering for locks and training method. More importantly I had the chance to speak with him during lunch. Im extremely lucky to have someone like him as a mentor. Of course for the first time I enjoyed yoga.
