East Gloucester ATV asshole update: At about 6:00 the boy and I went out on patrol, cuz thats when he always comes out. Contact was made at 6:05 when ATV-hole pulled out of Rocky Neck Ave and made his way up to Mt. Pleasant. We followed at close distance to Moorland, where he realized he was being pursued and he sped up, we gave chase. He lost us in the warren of roads between High Popples and Grapevine. Here is what we now know: He as a lot of tattoos on his right arm, tan guy in at least his early 20s, about 510 and 130lbs. Wearing gearhead Jessee James-type gear, German Iron Cross symbol on back of helmet. Hes tan, must work outside. My guess is he comes home from day job and goes out for a spin because its always the same time of day. He must also have a somewhat remote access point, as his neighbors would see him otherwise. So Im guessing a gearhead-type dude who lives between Moorland and Eastern Point Road, in a somewhat remote place with the kind of infrastructure needed to move those things around- like trailers and trucks. Probs has motorbikes as well. He knows were on to him now.
