The full scale exercise will involve all the emergency services from within the Buffalo City Metro Municipality and forms part of the aerodrome’s licensing conditions as set out in the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) standards and regulated by the South Africa Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA).
