East Police Reveal PF Bias The Zambia Police in Eastern Province has given the clearest indication that they will always turn a blind eye when ruling party officials hold meetings even without notifying them. Eastern Province Deputy Police Deputy Commanding officer Goodson Namachila said that they had no power to stop a government official from holding public meetings even if they were of a partisan nature. Namachila said that Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba had free rein to hold meetings in the province unhindered as he was in government. Kabimba has been touring the country raising eyebrows as opposition political parties are regularly denied permission to hold rallies with the police insisting on using the Public Order Act. zambiareports/2014/06/14/east-police-reveal-pf-bias/
