Easter Deadlift Friday Deficit Sumo Deadlifts 160x1, 180x1 Conventional 190x1, 200x1, 2x1@180 backoff Sumo is my preferred and strongest stance. Conventional is my weakness, and out of the bottom position I am slow. After 180x1 Sumo deficit I felt the need and desire to see where my conventional is at. So here is the 200x1. It drifted at the start, and it wasnt the cleanest lift but I got it up. I could have set my lats much better, and got the chest out. Still plenty of work to do, and although today called for Sumo speed work(which I got in), auto-regulation kicked in and got the better of me.
