Easter memories, I loved it when I was very young, new dress, white patent leather shoes, gloves with pearl buttons at the wrist, little white pocket book with coins to put in the basket at church. Later, disliked it, I never enjoyed eggs despised hard boiled ones, too many boys in the family eating copious amounts of eggs which left an unpleasant aroma in the air! Who liked those tasteless jelly beans, spicy gumdrops, and those nasty orange circus peanuts. Later, it was the first holiday Tim and I had as a family, just us and Timothy. We were snowed in on the ranch, Tim was working for a neighboring rancher, and riding his saddle horse to and from work, while he fed cows, I cooked and baked all morning. It is one of my favorite holidays ever.
