Eastern Michigan University Offers International Student Scholarships Since its inception, Eastern Michigan University has grown and developed to respond to the ever-changing needs of society. The University currently serves 23,000 students who are pursuing undergraduate, graduate, specialist, doctoral and certificate degrees in the arts, sciences and professions. The National Scholars Program (NSP) Scholarship - Renewable award which pays the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition (approximately $15,000 per year). Open to incoming freshman and transfer students with a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
