Easy Peezy recipe-Chicken Parmesan Heat oven to 375 Pour 1 jar spaghetti sauce in a 13X9 baking dish. Stir in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Add 6 small boness skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb);turn to coat both side of each breast with sauce & cover. Bake 30 min or until done. Then top chicken with 2 tbsp parmesan cheese & 1 -1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese for 5 minutes (uncovered) or until melted. Made this for Matt tonight & he loved it. So easy & quick to make!
