Easy dinner for a reprobate.....oil, garlic and sweet onion in a small sauce pan. Heat it. Matchstick shred a small zucchini, toss it in, a shake of fennel seed. Then chop a juicy beefsteak tomato, and dump it in. Add cup of orange juice, chop half a small fennel bulb, with fennel fronds, and a few stalks of basil. Simmer on low uncovered. Then go off and work on your political signs in the garage, feed the dogs, stirring occasionally and adding a half a can of cannellini beans in the process. When youre done with the work, pour in another glug of orange juice (it will need it) and 3 soup spoons of plain greek yogurt. Simmer while you wash up. Put it in a bowl and you will be with me now.
