Easy nothing to special day. Hit a Hack Squat PR if you can really count that. Sam also kinds broke my squat down and really got into my form and fixed up a few things. So speed was a little off trying to focus on the critiques luckily the last 2 sets looked good and the last set was very good. For those interested the tweeks were focusing on pulling my shoulders down and back very hard from the second I unrack, higher belt placement, and wider stance. Speed Squat: 325 for 5x5. Both of us finished these in under 24mins so decent pace. Hack Squat: 2 plates for 12 4 plates for 12 6 plates for 12 8 plates for 2 sets of 6 Back Raise Barbell Rows: 3 sets of 145 for 8 Leg Curls: 2 sets of 100 for 20
