Easy on the Knees -- Try these 2 low Impact Cardio Exercises. They are great for a warm up or a low impact workout. Weighted Soldiers - keep your arms and legs straight. Im using a 5 pound weight. The higher you bring your legs and the lower you bring your arms the more you well feel it (including the abs). Pivot & Twist - super simple and great for your entire body. Notice my head stays still and my arms are up. Im using a 5 pound weight. You can go faster with this one if you want. Do each exercise for 60 seconds. #lowimpact
