Eat a Paleo style of eating or just reduce the amounts of Carbohydrate you consume (substitute with plenty of Vegetables). Too much carbohydrate can increase the inflammation in your body (symptoms are generally aches and pain). Our bodies are not made to consume so much carbohydrate. If you are diabetic you can reduce the amount of insulin you take by reducing the amount of carbohydrates you consume. Talk to your Doctor about this. This lady is just doing her job and making lots of money for the association (her employer) and for all the associated businesses linked to them. We must take responsibility for our own health and stop listening to the big corporate giants telling us what to do to furnish their pockets. Please spend some time to research for yourself.
