“Eat to live don’t live to eat” OBESITY : “Eat to live don’t live to eat” Wheat - 500 grams Rice - 500 grams Millet - 500 grams Moong Dal - 500 grams Procedure :- All these corns should be mixed together, rosted on mild fire & ground coarsely. To this, 20 grams of Ajavayana and 50 grams of white Til seeds should be added. For 50 grams of this mixture 400 ml of water and cooked by adding vegetables and little salt according to taste. This should be taken regularly for 30 days. It reduces weight . ( OR) Powder of Triphala - 5 grams (1 teaspoon full) Water - 200 ml. Procedure :- Powder should be soaked in water during night.In the morning, this solution should be boiled till it is reduced to half. To be taken as hot as tolerableadding two teaspoon full of honey. Continue this till you want to stop weight reduction. (OR) Ginger - 5 grams Mint leaves - 10 leaves Procedure :- Make paste of the above then prepare tea from that. Drink this tea early in the morning in empty stomach. Continuing this gradually reduces weight.
