Eating. By far the biggest challenge I see when working with people on a nutrition and fitness plan. The workouts, sleep & eating are all crucial to our health and the results you will get from your program. Tony Horton doesnt count calories and I cant remember the last time I did either. Why? For the reasons he explains in this video. Dont over think the food plan. Did you know that ALL of the Beachbody programs and challenge packs come with a detailed eating plan to simplify things for you and take out all the guess work. Dont wing it.
