Eating Secrets of a Sumo Wrestler: 1. Always work out on an empty stomach, long after youve woken up (not a fasted morning workout, but one during the day). Workout mid-day and then see #2. 2. Eat all your calories in one or the most two meals a day, as late as possible; say dinnertime. Your body will store more fat that way (you gotta store lots of fat to get those big thighs, right?). 3. Do not eat breakfast. Your body will store more fat once you do eat, much later in the day. 4. Do not cook at home, but eat out and be a distracted eater so you dont think about the signs of feeling full. Eating at a restaurant often is a great way to pack on that extra fat you need (if youre trying to be like a Sumo Wrestler), since the portions there are about 30% bigger than at home. 5. Sleep right after you eat. Take a long nap or go to bed for the night. Food will not metabolize efficiently. And there you have it! Secrets to training like a Sumo!
