Eating delicious food can be healthy too! I love eating good food and I am passionate about cooking savory dishes. I recently created this dish with simple ingredients. Perhaps it would be encouraging for you to follow these simple steps and enjoy it too. Kale and Heirloom tomatoes salad 1 bunch of black kale 1 large yellow heirloom tomatoes 1 large red heirloom tomatoes 4 Persian Cucumber ¼ of medium red onion 1 Avocado 2 Fresh large lemon 2 tabs O. Oil Dash of Sea Salt Black pepper as desired 2 cloves of fresh garlic ½ tsp dried oregano and pinch of dried mint Take the stem out of all kale leaves and then chop it coarsely. Add it to the large salad bowl then chop all the tomatoes. Chop the cucumbers into ½ inch sizes and mix it with the rest. Finely chop the red onion and set it aside. With a table separate the avocado from its skin and with a knife cut it into small pieces. Add it to the salad bowl along with salad dressing and mix it well and serve. Salad dressing Squeeze fresh lemon juice and remove the seeds in a glass bowl. Add salt and pepper plus squeezed fresh garlic as well as the herbs into the lemon juice. Mix it well then add the olive oil and pure it into the glass jar and keep it in the refrigerator.
