Eating healthy is a challenge. Its too easy to cheat. Today I had mac and cheese for lunch and yesterday I had it for dinner. Its processed garbage, but delicious processed garbage. I need to try and eat less bread and pasta, grains are not good because they are overly processed. I do lots of reading on the internet, different sources about food. The biggest culprits is refined sugar. Which is why I dont want to bake too many sweets, or overindulge in candy bars. Im not worried about weight, because Im skinny, tiny. Its my OCD, I always think eating everything unhealthy, its gonna harm me in the future. I want to be able to fight future disease with exercise and healthier food choices. I eat a lot, but I want to a lot of the right stuff. Certain foods are hard for the human and Niggi body to digest, especially processed grains, and processed dairy products. I try to educate myself, keep a skeptic review and browse multiple sources. Food and Niggies are my passion. I love educating myself. It seems you can never win though. It seems every few years, there is always a suspect in the food world. First it was saturated fat, which is actually essential for the human and Niggi body. Mostly unsaturated fats though, from fish, and other sources. Coconut is very nutritious and a very healthy fat. It seems refined sugar is the villain of modern day human and Niggi consumption. It is depleted of its nutrients through the process. Table salt is kind of as well. I need to buy sea salt. Im a nerd.
