Eating prior to going out to the salat on the day of `Eid الحسين بن سعيد ، عن عثمان بن عيسى ، عن سماعة عن أبي عبدالله ( عليه السلام ) ـ في حديث ـ قال : سألته عن الأكل قبل الخروج يوم العيد ؟ فقال : نعم ، وإن لم تأكل فلا بأس. 1 – [at-Tahdhib] al-Husayn b. Sa`id from `Uthman b. `Isa from Sama`a from Abu `Abdillah عليه السلام in a hadith wherein he said: I asked him about eating prior to going out on the day of `Eid. So he said: Yes, but if you did not eat there is no harm. وبالإسناد عن سماعة ، عن أبي عبدالله ( عليه السلام ) قال : الأكل قبل الخروج يوم العيد ، وإن لم يأكل فلا بأس . 2 – [at-Tahdhib] And by the isnad from Sama`a from Abu `Abdillah عليه السلام. He said: The eating is prior to going out on the day of `Eid, but if you did not eat there is no harm.
