Eating the right types of foods alone will not build muscle; you have to combine it with exercise/ resistance training.Feeding on the word of God is not enough you have to put it into practice. Faith grows when the word of God is exercised in a particular area and when you see the results you get the confidence to step out for more. Until we start doing, we are not doing anything.
