Ebay sellers beware!........i was contacted by the buyer concerning an item i recently sold them, the buyer told me that they purchased an item by mistake and it did not fit their car. They wanted to return it for a full refund and postage both ways. After i refused, the buyer then opened an "item not as described case" and the only reason they could give for the item not being described was " does not fit my car" which does not refer to my item being described wrongly. Much to my dis-belief ebay came out on their side and demanded i give the buyer a full refund after they have returned it to me! Now i have received this e-mail from ebay asking me to chase the item up with the carrier without any knowledge of the company or tracking number used by the buyer to return the item, i also find the correspondence a little threatening and condescending advising me to "buy better", why?.................if this is ebays new policy of money back to buyers without reason or proof of return then have fun everyone, you can now get whatever you want on ebay for free!
